In spite of the chilly financial climate, the New Year will bring many interesting challenges and opportunities for Fulcrum. South West London Health Partnerships will be steering Surbiton, Nelson and Wilson Health Centres through the detailed design phase, while Whitton Health and Social Care Centre will be through financial close and on site. The construction of Akerman Road and the financial close of Norwood Hall Joint Service Centre will be keeping Building Better Health busy, along with some promising feasibility studies in West London. In West London our main priority in 2011 will be getting the White City scheme to financial close and under construction. Renova plans to achieve financial close for their schemes in Warrington Town Centre, Castlefields and Orford, while detailed design progresses on the Kirkby Health Centre. These projects, combined with new service offerings including BREEAM assessments, will ensure that Fulcrum continues to grow and develop despite the winter cold.
