Fulcrum’s facilities offer a ‘one stop shop’, integrating a range of health and social care provision in one place, and with the space and flexibility to add more services when needed.

DRIVING BETTER USE

Engaging with residents to understand the issues they face, and to educate them about the healthcare choices available is a key focus for Fulcrum. Partnering with sports clubs has been a particularly effective way to drive better use of community health facilities, while partnerships with charities such as Age UK and Community Integrated Care allows them to use space in Fulcrum’s buildings to deliver essential local services.

Fulcrum’s buildings offer modern, flexible spaces that can adapt to the changing needs of the NHS and local communities – COVID-19 is a perfect example of how the flexible space available could be quickly adapted to help respond to the pandemic.

I joined Fulcrum in 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer responsible for financial oversight of Fulcrum’s portfolio of 35 managed NHS LIFT assets, as well as 7 indirectly held NHS LIFT assets. I enjoy working at Fulcrum as we strive on a daily basis to create a difference for the local communities who use our healthcare facilities. We are investing continuously to make our buildings better, to create social value and to impact the end user experience at our facilities.

I joined Fulcrum in 2025 as a General Manager and am responsible for Fulcrum’s healthcare buildings across London and the north west of England. I am an experienced General Manager with a history of working with complex PFI/PPP projects. I am passionate about the positive impact our buildings have on communities through the quality services and social value they deliver.

I joined Fulcrum in 2019 to help drive increased utilisation of our facilities, as well as working with NHS trusts and commissioners to deliver major ‘variations’ to our buildings to help deliver even more health services to local communities. I am passionate about our role in providing modern health facilities right in the heart of the community. It is hugely satisfying to see the changes we make in our buildings having a positive impact on local patients, giving them access to vital new health services.

I am the CEO of Kudos Services who deliver high-quality facilities management services across Fulcrum’s healthcare estate. I am an experienced Managing Director / COO and transformational leader with over 25 years’ experience across facilities management, healthcare, automotive, defence, and aerospace. I have spent my career delivering operational turnarounds and embedding a continuous improvement culture in large organisations.

I am the CEO of Meridiam’s Welsh Education Partnership Company (WEPCo), responsible for the overall delivery of projects and leading the WEPCo team. I am also the Chair of a schools project in Espoo, Finland, leading on the development of schools and kindergartens in Finland’s second-largest city and I chair the Meridiam Social Infrastructure Club, which brings together leaders from a wide variety of social projects across the world.

Fulcrum’s facilities are delivered through the NHS LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) initiative which brings together the NHS, the Department of Health and a private sector partner. Fulcrum is the private sector partner in four NHS LIFT Companies:
